While at his second Green Day concert, Thomas Bulvan held up a sign that said he knew how to play the entire "Dookie" album on the guitar. That's when lead singer Billie Joe Armstrong noticed. Billie Joe asked if Thomas knew the song "When I Come Around" before pulling him up on stage to play with his special guitar. Thomas had the ultimate chance to show off his talent in Chicago, Illinois and he was incredible. Thomas Bulvan joined our RightThisMinute hosts via Skype to recount the rock star experience.
